Timing Cutoffs on Race Day

Race the State will have timing cutoffs. If you have not completed a leg by one of the cutoff times, a course marshall will usher you to the next transition zone. If you are in a relay your teammates can continue to run the remainder of the course, but the leg that was not finished in time will be scored as DNF. If you are competing as an individual, it will be up to the Leg Director to determine if you are capable of continuing to race. The timing cutoffs are generous as we want to see everyone finish the race, however it is for your safety that we adhere to the timing guidelines below.
